*Mangia (pronounced mon-juh) is the Italian word for eat and I love how it just rolls off the tongue. I adore, cooking, experimenting in the kitchen and sharing tried and true recipes. I have a wicked cook book collection and can often be found reading them like novels. I was told I should convince myself to live by the mantra "Eat to live, not live to eat" but you know, that just doesn't work for me. Breaking bread and sharing a meal with friends and family, there are not many things that can top it. So enjoy your food, when it's a little worse for the waist-line, have a little less. With moderation we can flip that script to "Live to eat," that has such a nice ring to it, don't 'cha think :) So bring this recipe to the table and with a smile proclaim Mangia, Mangia!
